Hi, I am an LCSW based in Florida with several years of experience working with various population groups such as: adolescent, young adults, and older adults from various cultural backgrounds, physical and mental capabilities; in vast settings. As a professional, I have worked with and provided service to individuals who were seeking a career change, facing academic challenges, battling substance use, depression, anxiety, divorce / separation, chronic illnesses, grief, sexual trauma, domestic violence, homelessness, as well as individuals facing their final stages of life. As an experienced Licensed Clinician, I’ve journeyed with many individuals to initiate the process of healing and personal growth in a non-judgemental, supportive and safe space. It is my belief that my clients are the narrators of their life story; my role is to assist my clients to access their strengths to overcome their challenges. As a clinician, I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches to promote the overall wellness of my clients. My clinical approaches includes: solution focused therapy, client centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing therapy, mindfulness therapy, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, realistic therapy, logotherapy, acceptance and commitment; as well as coaching.
