It takes courage to ask for help and to admit that we don’t have all the answers. My name is Rick and while I don’t have all the answers either, I am an experienced therapist committed to helping people process their history, make sense of their experiences, understand how to change behaviors and to chart a new life path forward. We are all on a journey and need others to support us along the way. I use a cognitive behavioral approach as the foundation to treatment along with solution-focused, client-centered and psychodynamic approaches. More specifically, I am committed to ensuring my clients feel heard, understood and supported able to make informed well grounded decisions in their life. My approach is to create an environment where you can unravel your experiences, understand them in new ways, and gain new insights as a result of deeper understanding.
