I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, depression, stress management, disability management, disability adjustment, death and loss, self-advocacy, academic guidance, LGBT+ related issues, and caregiver fatigue. This means I will work with you to create solutions that work for you. I believe that we have the answers to our problems but from time to time we can become stuck. However, we are the authors of our stories, and we have the power to rewrite them.
