I am licensed in Virginia with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I have worked in private practice, university counseling centers, re-entry facilities, and rehab centers. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My clients have come from a plethora of backgrounds and my main focus as a clinician is connection to you as a client and your principles while working towards a change.
