I want you to imagine for a moment that you can go back in time. What changes would you make in your life? What would you do differently? And if you did, can you describe the life you would be living today? I have spent 25 years as a counselor devoted to helping someone (just like you) come to terms with the decisions we make in our lives. As well as the decisions other people have made in our lives. And how, even now, we can still feel chained to our past. But it doesn’t have to be this way. If you can imagine a life in which your past exists in service to a better future then making an appointment is the first step.
