Dr. Smith has over 25 years of experience working with executives, athletes, first responders, physicians, attorneys, actors, musicians, and other high performance professionals on issues impacting their careers and home life. As a counselor, coach, and consultant, I work with high performance professionals to help them change derailing and self-destructive behaviors that are putting their careers, relationships, health, financial security, and freedom at risk. I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology.
