I am licensed in Missouri with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse. I have worked with a multitude of different people to include the military community, children, women, men, lgbtq, all with unique situations. I believe telling your story in an unbiased, compassionate, caring and non-judgmental atmosphere helps you to understand yourself, in the most realistic way. My intent is to help you gain the power to make the changes you need in your life. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes an active participation in wanting to process some difficult emotions and change some behaviors that you make not like about yourself. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. The journey is hard work, but as always with hard work comes reward.
