My greatest joy is helping clients to find their best sense of self, and I believe that my work is most effective when you are empowered to make meaningful and lasting change. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, and life transitions. My counseling style is very person-centered, and I often used cognitive and behavioral interventions with the intention that when we think better, we act better, and ultimately, we feel better. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.
