With over 20 years of experience in counseling, therapy, executive & life coaching. I have worked with clients with many backgrounds and experiences. Employing evidence based modalities, I combine elements of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Positive Based, Person Centered, Mindfulness, Psycho-Educational and other therapeutic counseling interventions in a unique individualized way to meet the needs of my clients.
