I have been a therapist for about 9 years and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina. I spent many years specializing in treating substance use issues and am certified at the state and national levels. I also have many years of experience helping people cope with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, financial issues, ADHD, and other areas of concern. The way I approach therapy is based on each patient’s individual needs. I often use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and focus on helping patients to see/think about things in realistic-but-healthy ways to help them feel better and make healthier choices.
