About me
Hi There! I am licensed to provide marriage and family in Georgia, Florida, and Kansas. I received a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University, Wichita, Kansas in 2009. I also received a Ph.D., in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, Davie, Florida in 2018. I am a retired Air Force Veteran of 22 years. I have worked extensively with military couples and families treating a myriad of concerns including, PTSD, MST, depression, anxiety, insomnia, relationship issues, parenting problems, career and adjustment challenges, as well as moral injury.
My counseling approach is client-centered. My goal is to facilitate an environment that is conducive to your growth and development throughout the therapeutic process. My role will be supportive as I employ applicable post-modern, as well as elements of psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioral theoretical approaches to aide you in realizing your goal(s).
It is my desire to help you achieve your desired change and to help your relationships not only survive but thrive.
Looking forward to working with you.
