I am licensed in Louisiana with 8 years of professional work experience, the last four years being with functional family issues. I utilize an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues (significant others and/or family relationships), family conflicts (including co-parenting), trauma and abuse, addiction, & parenting issues including assistance with parenting skills for children aged 0-18. Besides working with adults, I also have experience working with children that have disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Anger Management. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I also work with my clients to set short term and long term goals that focus on maintaining the change and support they desire.
