I am a licensed clinical social worker with over eight years of experience working as a therapist. I am licensed in the state of California and Pennslyvania. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach to therapy is to be warm, understanding, and an active listener. I do not believe that there is one universal therapeutic intervention for every mental health issue. I believe in finding the best evidence-based intervention that best meets the needs of the client. I believe that therapy can be for anyone and I want to work on breaking the stigma that therapy is only for the weak or sick.
