My career in the social services/mental health field started in 1997. I have had the privilege of working with clients in the geriatric population, children and adolescents, adults, and families. I enjoy assisting others as they work to meet their goals. I am passionate about working with individuals and families. It is my goal as a therapist to assist clients in identifying realistic solutions to everyday challenges and address irrational thought patterns. In therapy we do not make promises or guarantees on particular outcomes; however, as a therapist, I want to see my clients move beyond merely existing to a state of thriving in all aspects of life. I will work with you as you take the steps to create meaning in your life.
