I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Art Therapist in CA and have been working with the BIPOC community since 2016. I have experience in helping folks with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, intersecting identities, stress management and life transitions/changes. I tailor treatment based on your individuals needs utilizing Narrative Therapy, EMDR Therapy, CBT, and/or Art Therapy.
