I am licensed in Texas with 8 years of professional work experience. I have worked as a high school counselor for the past 9 years. Through my years working as a high school counselor I have worked with not only students, but family members, and staff as well. I have had the ability to help clients in areas such as anxiety, depression, self harm, trauma, eating disorders, self esteem issues, relationship issues, and career choices. Being a school counselor has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse group of counseling areas, and clients. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential, and interpersonal therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
