I am licensed in New York with 17 years of professional work experience. I specialize in trauma and am trained to provide trauma specific interventions and therapy. In addition to trauma I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, and family conflicts. My theoretical orientation includes cognitive-behavior therapy, trauma informed care and person-centered. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement. I offer a complete open space to anyone no matter what background and I am here to support & empower you in your journey to healing and/or change.
