I completed my Masters of Social Work at Wayne State University. I am a fully licensed clinical social worker. I have been working with individuals, couples and families since 2018. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but have experience with other therapy styles as well. I have worked with people who experience MDD, GAD, BPD, ADHD, PTSD, DMDD and symptoms that may not meet full diagnostic criteria but are still looking for therapy. I aim to provide client-led, strengths-based services. I want you to feel welcomed, comfortable and in charge of your mental health. I can provide structured sessions with home-work to complete between sessions or more relaxed and flexible appointments that do not follow a set agenda.
