I am an LPC (licensed practicing counselor) in the State of Alabama and have been practicing for about 20 years. I have experience with couples therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, OCD and many other concerns. This is a safe space! My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, acceptance commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness based, strengths based and other styles of counseling.
