Hi there. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan. I believe that finding a good fit in counseling is so important, so feel it is fair to share some about myself. In undergrad, I attended Hope College where I studied social work and psychology. I received my master’s degree from Western Michigan University, where I focused on clinical social work skills. I have experience working in private practice, health care, and hospice care. My practice has developed my skills with diverse populations, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic/terminal health issues, life changes, grief/loss, personality disorders, and many other issues. My number one goal for those I work with is to help them feel seen and heard. Second, is to support, counsel, and help develop change and growth.
