I am licensed in Oregon with over 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with chronic illness, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self image, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I also have extensive experience working on health goals with folks who are going through or have had bariatric surgery. I am trained in Brainspotting, an evidence based trauma treatment modality. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
