Vulnerability and change is difficult and picking the right, caring person is important. My clients tell me I am warm, easy to talk to, insightful and committed to helping my clients succeed. I tailor my approach to meet your needs, but do lean heavily on dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness based approaches. I graduated summa cum laude with my master’s degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and have thirteen years of experience under my belt. I’ve provided full-time counseling services in non-profit, hospital and private practice settings.
