I am an individual and family therapist in New York with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD to name a few. The past 5 years, I have worked with children and young adults 1-35 years of age and their families in order to help them work through daily issues. My counseling style is caring, compassionate and non judgmental. I believe that you are the expert of your life and I am here to work together with you rather than telling you what you should do. It is important for me to support you in your journey. I do that through warm, respectful and honest practice. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, FFT , and psychodynamic counseling.
