I am Serena Steuber, a licensed counselor. I have worked as a school counselor and an educator for several years and have expertise in helping children, adolescents, and young adults. My specialties include emotional trauma, self-image issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, school issues, behavioral issues, family conflict, and more. Each client has different needs, and I am flexible in my approach. I believe in the importance of building mindfulness skills and learning coping strategies, so clients can navigate the obstacles in life.
