I am a Licensed Professional Counselor holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and my Bachelors in psychology from Florida A&M University. I have previous experience working with adults and adolescents in both inpatient as well as outpatient levels in treatment of anger, trauma, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. My therapeutic orientation is diverse as each client is unique, with a strong cognitive-behavioral therapy base. Sometimes you do not need to figure it out alone. Sometimes all we need is support to help continue our journey. Being able to reconnect your mind, body, and soul is essential to the healing process.
