I’ve worked with families and individuals to support them in improving their overall quality of life. I have supported clients who experience a wide range of emotional and behavior issues including depression, anxiety, communication problems, relationship issues, and parenting issues. I’ve also offered support to those who have been impacted by childhood trauma and/or physical and emotional abuse. My counseling style is compassionate and interactive.
