I am a clinical therapist, LICSW with additional training in trauma, somatic work, functional medicine and nutrition. I am passionate about helping people to live the best version of themselves and work through a whole person lens. My style is strengths based, non-judgmental and meeting people where they are at in their journey, My hope is to create a safe and welcoming space for you, by listening, collaborating and building upon your unique beliefs and identity. Through exploring and recognizing the impact of past and present, I help individuals gain insights, identify needs and goals, and recognize that healing is possible. I believe incorporating self-care and gratitude into one’s life results in increased experiences of joy and happiness and the ability to navigate life’s challenges more effectively. In my personal life, I love spending time with family and friends(and my cat, Luna) being in nature, hiking, playing volleyball and traveling.
