I utilize modalities consistent with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) informed and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed approach to address negative thought patterns and support needs consistent with emotional regulation. I have experience working with intensive populations, community outpatient, residential facilities, families, depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment issues and low self-esteem.
