Foremost, your treatment is tailored and individualized to your needs and preferences. As for my background, I have over 20 years of combined experienced working in the behavioral health field. I have experience working with various populations that include: men, women, active military personal and veterans. I employ cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, emotionally-based therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy and trauma-focused clinical approaches.
