I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of California. I have had the opportunity to serve in various roles and across a wide age range including pregnancy through end of life transitions for the past 20 years. Experiences including parent bonding and coaching, couples counseling, depression and anxiety, group work, and building a healthy self concept. Therapy approaches includes cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness and meditation practices, behavioral approaches, solution focused methods, family structure building, and attachment and bonding work.
