I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of different populations and age groups with managing stress, anxiety, depression, anger, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, improving motivation, self esteem and confidence, and emotional support. I also have experience working with relational concerns and adjusting to life changes.
