Aloha! I am a National Certified, Licensed mental health counselor, with my masters focused in Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe a healthy mind begins with a well balanced and wholistic approach. I like to exercise a full life focus within my therapy, encompassing all aspects of mental health to physical health. My working experience includes experiential sailing therapy as well as recovery addictions therapy. I have worked with a wide range of populations, including families, adult couples, individuals, and especially teens. I have assisted my clients overcome anxiety, depression, confidence in sexuality, love of self, addictions, and physical or emotional trauma amongst many other concerns. Clients have reported that they feel comfortable enough to share things they have never shared with anyone else. My approach is heartfelt, true, and genuine, and hopefully you will give me the blessing to share with me too.
