I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. What I enjoy most about providing mental health services is assisting people with finding their voices. That usually happens with establishing and communicating clear, healthy boundaries in relationships. I start that process with how you might relate to me–working to develop a therapeutic alliance, building trust, and working collaboratively. I learn as much from you as I might be able to teach you. I don’t profess to be an expert on your life because it is your experience. I am privileged to be on your journey to wellness. No matter what may be causing disruption in your life–anxiety, depression, trauma, or the like, I will meet you where you are in your process.
