I am a clinical mental health therapist, licensed in Arizona for the past 3 years. I have worked in the field of mental health much longer including some time working with inmates at a private prison, working for a domestic violence shelter for women and working at a runaway shelter for female teens. I am in my early 30’s, i have tattoos and piercings, I believe in being true to yourself. I have worked with clients with a wide range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, identity concerns and self esteem issues. I am trained in EMDR and play therapy. I have ran a teen book club counseling group in my main site for almost 4 years. I have spent a majority of my time working with teens and young adults. My therapy style is genuine and relaxed. I am not big on labels and have learned that every individual has different needs that are not only unique to them, but constantly evolving. My therapeutic approach is mostly humanistic with various CBT techniques, ACT and Solution-focused. I look forward to working with you.
