I have many years of experience working with those with mental health issues such as depression, bi-polar disorder, anxiety, and ADHD. I will help you to understand your diagnosis and how to build coping skills. I also work with individuals experiencing relationship problems, struggling to reach goals, or seeking behavioral changes. I will help you understand the relationship of your thoughts, actions, and feelings. We will work to find what changes you want to make and how to best make that happen.
