I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in New Jersey with over 3 years of experience working as a counselor in a school setting and a therapist in a private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, young adult issues and life transitions. I have also helped many people who have experienced racial trauma. My therapy style is warm and genuine. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is holistic as I work with an integrative model combining cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, empowerment strategies.
