My clinical training and experience involves working with adults who struggle with relational conflicts, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, addiction, emotion-regulation difficulties, life stressors and past hurts. My therapeutic approach involves: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
