I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, lack of motivation, low self esteem, building confidence, career conflict, social difficulties, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I enjoy using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques but am also always reading up on other therapy styles since different things work for different people.
