Hello, I have 9 years of experience in the field of mental health counseling. I have primarily focused on working with youth , teenagers and young adults along with families. I have many years of experience working with clients with extensive trauma history, family challenges, anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. I have specific training in collaborative problem solving, CBT and Trauma informed-CBT. I have experience in trauma informed the techniques and working with clients find the root of their current challenges. I want to work collaboratively with my clients to help them build the skills they need and provide them with the tools to move toward resolving their current challenges. I work to build skills they can use in all areas of their life. I work to provide empathy and practice patience to build trust with my clients.
