I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in upstate New York for 15 years. Prior to that, I spent some time working as a Licensed Social Worker in New England. While I have worked with children, adults and families throughout my career, it is clear that everyone’s needs are unique to their individual situation. There is not one single approach to therapy that works best with everyone. My style of therapy is genuine, person centered and supportive. I feel that therapy is a collaborative effort that combines my knowledge with your strengths and skills to find an emotionally content way of life.
