Mental health is health. Taking care of your mental health is no different than taking care of your dental or physical health. Learning to manage your emotions and how to cope in a positive manner is just as important as taking good care of your body. When you feel ready to commit to working on your mental health I am here to provide a safe place to explore the barriers that are preventing you from living the life you truly want to live. I believe in whole-body wellness, and that healing comes from a place of both acceptance, and the willingness and openness to change. It takes courage to ask for help and support, and I want you to know that you don’t need to do the hard work alone.
