I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida and I have over 5 years of experience working with adults with anxiety, depression and other life stressors such as coping with chronic illness. I use a solution-focused style along with motivational interviewing; however, I can adjust my therapeutic style to meet the needs of each client. Seeking counseling and asking for help can be very hard for some people so I like to create an environment free of judgement.
