My name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor in the state of CA and the state of IL. I reside in Los Angeles, but originally from Chicago. I can truly say this profession has chosen me! Working in the community setting and on this platform has provided me with a diverse skillset and countless meaningful therapeutic relationships :) My therapeutic style is led with compassion, understanding, and empathy. My approach is both art and science. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for the depth of personal healing and growth that occurs in the therapy process. My job to be authentic and hold safe space for you to be authentic. Increased self-awareness, self-love, and greater agency over your own life are therapeutic goals I always have in mind when working with individuals.
