Hello and welcome to my page. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you on your journey. I work with adults and seniors, individuals, couples, families, and groups struggling with anxiety, depression, and identity issues. I help by allowing you to tell your story, tap into your individual strengths to facilitate healing, achieve greater emotional intelligence, develop healthier communication styles, and overcome your life challenges. Within a strength-based, client-centered environment, I utilize an eclectic approach using elements of solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and positive psychology. It is my intent to teach you the tools and skills you need to rise. I’m going to let you in on a little secret. The reality is that most of the things I will be speaking about in this program will not be new concepts to you. You already have so much to deal with and go through in your everyday life, I get it. It has never been, and never will be my intention to change you or put more on your plate.
