I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, life changes, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I also help families managing children’s developmental issues. My therapeutic approach is eclectic which simply means that I may use a combination of therapy approaches, based on your individual needs. For example, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches might be intertwined. I also find that a person-centered approach is very helpful.
