I am licensed in Florida with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with emotional issues, trauma, interpersonal issues, stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, bipolar disorder, & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am schooled in traditional therapies such as DBT and CBT, and also newer practices such as Polyvagal, Attachment, some elements of EFT, trauma and EMDR.
