Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. As a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Counselor and Psychotherapist, I have treated people who have struggled with anxiety, depression, family-of-origin issues, career challenges (as well as numerous other mental health issues) over the last 27 years. My college education consists of a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and a Master’s degree in Social Work (Rutgers University). My therapy approach combines Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I have CBT Certification), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, along with a variety of other modalities. My counseling style is accepting, kind, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with compassion, dignity, and respect. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment to meet your unique needs. When I entered the field of counseling many years ago, it was my aim to fulfill my life’s mission: to help those in need.
