Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, issues with self-doubt/self-confidence, existential difficulties, difficulties with relationships, or maybe life is great but you’d like it to be better by getting to deeper life issues, I am at your service. I have an eclectic style, utilizing CBT/DBT, motivational interviewing, psychoanalysis, and mindfulness-based treatment modalities. No matter what, my aim is to meet you where you are. I work well with many different kinds of people and have worked with people of many different cultures and abilities/disabilities. Although it is not a requirement, spirituality/spiritual practice can be incorporated into our sessions. I am open to suggestion, if needed, and if requested, can provide spiritual guidance, especially regarding regular practice. Belief is not a requirement, and yet that too is something I am comfortable helping you process.
