I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, lgbt+-related issues, trauma and abuse, intellectual disabilities, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and couples’ issues. I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Accelerated Resolutions Therapy (ART), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), the Gottman Method, and Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a Certified Sex Addictions Therapist, Certified Multiple Addictions Specialist, Rainbow Advocate Clinical Specialist, and an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
