I have worked with teens, families, and adults who’ve had a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, parenting problems, and substance misuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I am strength based and treat all individuals with respect. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused, evidence based, and person-centered counseling. When I am not working, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking and just enjoying nature. I love all animals, and last year I rescued a cat.
